We have offered and executed a range of Marine and Shipbuilding Consultancy services to our Clients or Business partners. Having extensive experience in Shipbuilding, Ship new building, conversions, repairs, dry docking, retrofitting. Acting as Owners authorized representatives and consultants in the Shipyard or work Site, responsible for overseeing the Project, Construction progress, general workmanship and quality in all aspects of construction. Quality of construction is followed continuously, as well as whether Shipbuilders are adhering to Building Contract, Technical Specification, Rules and Regulations, Design and relevant standards which are all agreed upon in Contract negotiation stage and reflected in Technical Specification.

Founder and Managing Director

Extensive 35 Years experience in Shipbuilding industry, Offshore Oil & Gas Industry, technical consulting, design, construction, supervision, survey and commissioning. University educated, Shipyard trained, with good connections in shipbuilding industry. Able and used to work in multinational and multicultural environment, highly professional and with good interpersonal and management skills.

Worked as Site Supervisor, Site Manager, and Technical Consultant and earlier as QA/QC Engineer, QC Project Coordinator, and Project Engineer. Also worked as teacher in High School as Technical Education leader.

A Team of highly qualified engineers, supervisors, designers, including EX Classiffication Society Surveyors and Managers covering a range of services in Shipbuilding and On Site Supervision, Project Management, Contract negotiations, Specification review, plan approval is on disposal and possible to mobilize as and when needed and in line with building schedules. Apart from regular Company employees, the Team at present consists of 30+ experts in various trades and areas of competence, starting from Designers, Plan approval specialists, On Site Supervisors for all trades and temporary „on request“ consultants. Specification review and plan approval: 6 persons in Croatia and EU New Ship Building Supervisors: about 20 persons mixed EU and Asia Local Supervisors (Chinese, Korean Nationals mostly). Independent consultants / advisors „as and when needed“: 3 persons Having good cooperative relationship with several Consulting companies, Design offices, Chinese and Korean business partners, Logistic and Marine supply providers the sourcing and selection of a competent, higly trained and experienced Project Management and Site Team can be arranged, mobilization and dispatch done on short notice and with maximum commitment to our Clients needs and requirements.

History

YEAR 2015 – Founded Solo Private Proprietorship for Consulting Services. After 7 years decommisioned said business entity with aim to upgrade and expand the services further and to found an LLC Company with much wider variety of services.

YEAR 2022 – Founded own Company SEAWIND j.d.o.o. LLC - MARINE CONSULTANTS AND TECHNICAL SERVICES in Croatia and duly registered within Croatian Merchant Court Companies register and Croatian labor and tax authorities, dealing in shipbuilding new built ships, repairs, dry docking, specification review, contract negotiations, ships resale, management of ports and marinas...
